The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering was started in the year 2000 with a motto of providing high quality education in the field of Electronics and Communication and produce qualified engineers to serve our society. We are accredited with NBA twice. Our department have various lab facilities like Electronics and Devices Lab, VLSI Design Lab, Optical and Microwave Lab, Communication Systems Lab. Our Department consists of eminent staffs from various domains as there specialization.
1. To emerge as a center of excellence in Electronics and
Communication Engineering by delivering student-centric
education and promoting research that addresses the present
and future needs of society.
2. To cultivate innovation, collaborative teamwork, and research-driven practices for the development of sustainable and impactful technologies.
Provide strong fundamentals in Basic Sciences and Core ECE subjects through quality teaching, practical labs, and MOOC courses (NPTEL, SWAYAM, Coursera, etc.).
Encourage students to work on emerging technologies like VLSI, Semiconductor, IoT, AI, and 5G through projects, publications, patents, and funded research.
Build strong industry partnerships through internships, industry-oriented courses (PCB, MATLAB, NS3, VLSI, IoT), certifications, and real-time projects to enhance employability.
Develop ethical values, leadership skills, teamwork, and social responsibility through professional societies, soft skills training, startup initiatives, and global exposure opportunities.
